Welcome to MRX Quize. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application. By using this app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data: To provide account management, personalize your experience, and synchronize your progress, we collect personal information when you log in. This includes your Email Address, Display Name, and Profile Picture (collected via Google Sign-In or through direct manual upload). We also collect optional location information (Country, State, and District) to provide localized leaderboards and ranking services.

Local Name Input (Share to Story & Certificates): For features like "Share to Story" and generating "Achievement Certificates", the app uses your account profile name or custom input. This custom data generated for sharing is kept strictly local on your device to create images/text and is never misused.

2. App Features & Entertainment Disclaimer

Exam Preparation Section: The app includes an Exam Preparation section designed to help users practice for various competitive exams, including but not limited to: SSC GD, Railway Group D, Police Constable, Army GD, and Patwari. This section features two distinct practice formats:

• Quick Practice: Designed for rapid, on-the-go quiz sessions.
• Full Mock Test: Designed to simulate a full-length quiz practice environment.

Achievement Certificates: The app features a gamified achievement system. Upon completing certain milestones, users are awarded an "Achievement Certificate". These certificates are purely virtual, unofficial, and intended solely for entertainment, fun, and showing off progress to friends. They hold no legal, academic, or real-world value.

3. Third-Party Service Providers & Ads

To support development, facilitate user authentication, back up progress, and provide rewards, we integrate third-party services that process data as described below:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob (Rewarded & Banner Ads)
• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics & Feedback)

AdMob may use your Google Advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can reset or opt-out of this in your device settings under Google > Ads.

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user logins and Cloud Firestore to store and sync your game progress, scores, and profile details across your devices securely.

4. Data Storage (Cloud & Local Synchronization)

We use local storage (Room DB and SharedPreferences) for offline functionality, which is synchronized with secure Firebase Cloud Servers when connected online. This ensures that your quiz progress, achievement status, high scores, and unlocked levels are safely backed up and accessible across your logged-in devices.

5. Data Deletion Rights

We respect your right to manage and permanently delete your personal data. You can request account and data deletion through two convenient options:

• In-App Account Deletion: If you have the application installed, you can permanently delete your profile and cloud data directly inside the app by following these steps:
  Open App > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account > Delete Permanently > Yes, Delete Permanently
• Web Data Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled): If you do not have the app installed on your device, you can submit an official account deletion request by filling out our online form here: Request Account & Data Deletion (Google Form). Upon receiving your request, all your stored user profile data and cloud records will be permanently erased from our Firebase servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not specifically directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
